Goods Delivery: Upon receipt of the payment advice and payment receipt, GS will arrange delivery within 14 working days. GS will deliver the goods according to the information provided by the purchaser. If the goods cannot be delivered or are wrongly delivered due to incorrect information provided by the purchaser, GS will not be liable to any loss or damage whatsoever as a result.
Any changes of the delivery address, customer needed to contact GS immediately by e-mail or telephone, and wait for the confirmation of GS for the valid change.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Department at gs@nwtbb.com within 7 days of delivery to request a Goods Return Authorization (GRA) to obtain an authorization for returns.
Goods return policy:
GS Care Ltd. is dedicated to provide the best service to our customers. If you find any of your received items to be defective or damaged, we will provide replacement service to you.
If you received a damaged of defective item, please contact our Customers Department at gs@nwtbb.com within 7 days of delivery to request a Goods Return Authorization (GRA) to obtain an authorization for returns.

After receiving prior authorization (GRA), you may proceed to return your item(s) to the following address for replacement.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Terms & Conditions for Goods Return:
a) All items returned for replacement must be sent back to GS Care Ltd. with prior authorization (GRA). No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
b) Return items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
c) Items returned must be in unused condition. GS Care Ltd. reserves all rights to reject replacement requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.
d) GS Care Ltd. will be responsible for return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid. The return shipping costs will be based on a regular air mail/courier charges and the compensation for the shipping costs will be paid by the issue of a coupon which may be used for next order.
e) GS Care Ltd. is not responsible for items lost during return shipment. It is recommended to send returned items via a reliable carrier to ensure the items reach us.
f) GS Care Ltd. reserves the right to decide the proper way of sending the replacement items to buyer.
g) Products returned for any reasons other than packing damage will not be accepted. GS Care Ltd. does not accept unwanted/unopened returns on any items.
h) In case of damage items, GS Care Ltd. will provide a replacement item instead of a refund. It generally takes about 2-3weeks to process a return.
i) GS Care Ltd. reserves the right to change our return polices and/or reject and replacement requests for any reasons without prior notice. Should there be any disputes; GS Care Ltd.’s decision will be final.
